Associate Professor from Lincoln International Business School (LIBS) at the University of Lincoln, Dr Georgiana Els has been recognised for leading on the Dynamic Growth project for the Excellence in Supplier & Partner Collaboration Award, a celebration of the outstanding achievements of UK Shared Prosperity Fund projects across South and East Lincolnshire.

Georgiana was nominated by the team at Destination Lincolnshire who commented: “Your dedication and contributions have played a vital role in this success, and we are excited to recognise your impact at this prestigious event.”

The Awards Ceremony was organised by the Chamber of Commerce and held at the Jakemans Stadium in Boston on Friday 7 March. The event honoured the success of the ‘S.E.L to the World’ project alongside other UK Shared Prosperity Fund initiatives, while also celebrating the partnerships that have driven positive change.

Dr Georgiana Els said:

“I am extremely grateful to Destination Lincolnshire for the nomination and partnership throughout the project and to her colleagues across TESH and Marketing who have been supporting in delivering an excellent experience to all participating businesses.

The best way to describe the success of the Dynamic Growth project is through the excellent feedback of our participants who praised and recommended the course.”

In the words of Mr Oliver Hutchison, owner of Delfino Cafe in Boston: “If you are a business in Lincolnshire looking to improve then this is the one course you need to do! I have found the course incredibly useful, and it has made me think about areas where I can improve my business.”
